Collagen induction therapy will help you regain youthful skin without going under the knife

CIT with VitC serum 1 hour £60
Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), also known as medical skin needling or micro-needling, is a minimally-invasive skin rejuvenation treatment designed to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as well as scars on the face and body. The treatment uses tiny needles or micro-needles on a medical-grade roller that is moved over the skin to create tiny, evenly-spaced puncture wounds on the skin. This process stimulates the body’s natural collagen production by generating a wound healing response. The roller used is much like a fine tattooing needle, so should cause minimal trauma when creating the microscopic punctures in the skin. However, topical local anaesthetic can be used to minimise discomfort. By damaging the skin, you encourage the body to produce new collagen and elastin, which helps it thicken and ‘plump up’.
There are no major contraindications for Collagen Induction Therapy. As with all cosmetic treatments, the ideal candidate should have realistic expectations and be in generally good health. The treatment is suitable for all skin types, unlike some laser or chemical peels procedures. If you have any of the following concerns, you may be a suitable candidate for Collagen Induction Therapy:

Premature ageing
Skin Laxity
Lines and wrinkles
Scarring from acne, chicken pox, injuries or surgery
Risks and complications associated with this treatment are minimal but can include:

Scab formation
Flaking or dryness of the skin
The appearance of white spots, known as milia
The appearance of dark patches on the skin, known as hyperpigmentation
An outbreak of cold sores in previous suffers
Any complications with this treatment are rare and can be easily resolved in most cases.
After Collagen Induction Therapy Treatment, your skin will be a bit red or pink. You may also get some bleeding and bruising, however this should be minimal and will depend on the length of the needle used during your treatment. The downtime with this treatment is very quick and you should have recovered between 24-72 hours.

Because the results of this treatment rely on kick-starting your body’s own collagen production, it can take between four to eight weeks before you start to fully see the benefits. A series of between two and five treatments is usually recommended to achieve maximum results.
CIT Dragons blood Dermalroller 1 hour £60
raw Dragon’s Blood is four times more effective than isolated chemicals in forming collagen and healing skin tissue. Another source states that if you suffer from acne or acne scarring, Dragon’s Blood is shown to stimulate skin fibroblasts, which help heal the skin of acne and acne-related scars.

It is reported that when using Dragon’s Blood to treat skin disorders, the Dragon’s Blood takes on the role of being like a “second skin.” The Dragon’s Blood becomes a protective shield and stops inflammatlon and infection.
Dragon’s Blood may even minimize scarring, lighten sun spots and shrink and lighten dark moles or skin tags! In its raw form it has the potential to even heal chemical burns. Another source says that if you’ve paid lots of money for acrylic nails and suffer from poor quality nail beds as a resul*t or struggle with fungus in your nail beds, both internal consumption and external application of Dragon’s Blood to nail beds can klll fungus and strengthen nails.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Therapy is an innovative approach to anti-ageing, which uses your body’s own healing process to rejuvenate and restore the skin.

The Vampire Facelift is a non-surgical rejuvenation technique. It works by using a component of the blood called plasma, widely known for its ability to treat burns and skin injuries.

In the treatment, a small amount of blood is taken from the patient (around 10-20ml) in much the same manner as it would be for a blood test. It is placed in a centrifuge and spun to separate the platelets and plasma from red blood cells and other components. Local anaesthetic can be applied to the areas that require treating, before the refined PRP is injected into the skin using a very fine needle or Dermaroller . Key to PRP is the growth factors released from the platelets. When injected into the skin, a multitude of growth factors are released which stimulate surrounding cells to start the healing cascade. This in turn encourages the production of collagen and preadipocyte cells to plump and add volume.

PRP Hair Restoration is suitable for both men and women. It is a state of the art, non surgical, totally natural, alternative medical procedure used for the treatment of hair loss or hair thinning. It is an injectable treatment which uses the patient’s own blood.
Our blood plasma (PRP) contains active growth factors which can promote hair growth. Helping to restore one’s confidence, the end result is a fuller, healthier looking head of hair.
We take a little blood which is then treated in a centrifuge so that only the enriched cells or platelets (PRP) remain.
The PRP or highly concentrated Platelet Rich Plasma, including essential growth proteins, is injected into the scalp or areas to be treated using a special micro needle.
It is possible to use PRP Hair Loss Therapy alone to promote hair growth or it can also be used in combination with hair transplant or restoration surgery.
